How setup works
- Intake: NQT’s bots collect your scope, customers, audit dates and existing procedures (sample or unrestricted information only).
- Configure: NQT’s bots set up each template with your own procedures and forms, or with NQT kits.
- Test: the bots are checked against sample data, such as past CARs and FAIs on unrestricted parts.
- Review: Matt reviews each setup before handover; this is a quality check of the bot setup, not an audit, certification or legal/regulatory advice.
- Handover: you get a one-page “bot drafts, human approves” SOP and a 30-day check-in.
