Refund policy
Kit purchases are processed by Payhip or Gumroad. If you haven't downloaded your files, refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from. Once files have been downloaded, purchases are non-refundable, but if a file is broken, missing or not as described, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll fix it.
NQT Documentation Reviews have their own terms, below.
NQT Documentation Review
NQT Documentation Review ($129, one-time): Full refund if your kit turns out to be ineligible or if we can't fit you in within 30 days, and any time before Matt starts the review. No refund after the gap notes are delivered. Pro + Review members whose kits are all ineligible are moved to NQT Pro and refunded the $100 difference, as long as no review has started.
