Norman Quality Tools makes practical quality templates for small aerospace and defense machine shops, the shops that need AS9100 and first article inspection paperwork organized without starting from a blank page or keeping a consultant on retainer. The catalog also includes ITAR and CMMC kits. Founder Matt Norman is a US Navy veteran and former SpaceX Falcon 9 quality inspector and QA supervisor. Every kit is written from the shop floor: plain language, real forms, no filler. We also serve medical, electronics, automotive and other regulated sectors, but aerospace and defense come first.

Over the years I saw the same thing at shop after shop: good people losing weeks to paperwork because nobody had a clean set of forms. Norman Quality Tools is my fix for that. Each kit is plain, editable and built around what auditors actually ask to see.
