Kit Update Policy

What a one-time purchase includes

When you buy a Norman Quality Tools kit, you get the edition that's current on your purchase date. If we release a new edition of your kit within 12 months of your purchase date, you get it free; re-download it from your Payhip link or email us.

File fixes: If a file in your kit is broken, missing or not as described, we'll fix it or replace it, as set out in our refund policy.

Re-downloads: You can re-download the edition you bought at any time.

How you get it: Use your Payhip purchase link. If you can't find it, email [email protected] and we'll resend it.

When a standard is revised

If a new edition comes out more than 12 months after your purchase, you can buy the new edition (past buyers get 25% off: email [email protected] with your order number for a code) or subscribe to NQT Pro. We can't promise when a new edition will be released.

This policy covers one-time kit purchases. NQT Pro members get updates while their membership is active. Refunds follow our refund policy at normanqualitytools.com/refunds.html; this update policy doesn't change it.

No guarantee of certification or compliance: Kits are templates. They don't certify your system or replace your own licensed copy of a standard.
