I'm Matt Norman. I spent 15 years in the US Navy as an aviation structural mechanic, then 3 years at SpaceX as a Falcon 9 quality inspector and QA supervisor. I still work in quality for commercial space and defense manufacturing.

Over those years I saw the same thing at shop after shop: good people losing weeks to paperwork because nobody had a clean set of forms. Norman Quality Tools is my fix for that. Each kit is plain, editable and built around what auditors actually ask to see.
